To who is trying to look for review on Nobroker.in and it's service.
I was looking out for 1 BHK in Vijaynagar area of Bangalore. I registered myself for the relax plan of nobroker.in charging Rs.1999 and providing personal assistance in searching for the house and some discounts on Rent agreement and Logistics suggestions with discount was the package.
I was happy with the initial call and expected to get all the services and registered for the same in the first week of February. The company has a single contact number 91 16 106626 which shows as Reshma Shagufta. The issues started there, which are listed below:
1)funny part or sad part is,every one calling from the number says that it's Reshma, and they don't know what your requisites are and every time you have to repeat it
2) The whole of first week, I had to follow answer the personal assistance I had registered for.
3) I raised a complaint about the same, then started the further process and of course the issue. The addresses are not properly verified, I had to call up the owner and then found out that the address is far from wish list.
4) Please don't trust the photos of house uploaded, it might be of same building but different floor, not the same.
5) The manager who supposedly has to answer for the queries tries to convince giving all excuses.
6) Even after complaining twice, I still receive the same. He is trying to Convince and Confuse me. He even DARES to challenge me to write any comment or review I wish to, but does not provide any support as such.
I request people looking out for support on searching house, better not to go to NOBROKER.
You have better options, available, wherein different sites provide information for and never ever pay organisations like this and feel bad about it.
